Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website, the NASCA Journal, or any NASCA programme you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Programmes & cohorts

Cohort dates, fees and curricula are published on the relevant programme page and may be updated. Once enrolled, the curriculum and dates of your specific cohort are fixed.

3. Payments & refunds

Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Cancellations more than 14 days before cohort start: full refund. 7–14 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: no refund, but you may transfer your seat to the next cohort once.

4. Certificates

WSF co-branded certificates are issued upon successful completion. Each certificate carries a verification ID; verification is publicly available at /verify/<id>.

5. Intellectual property

Curricula, journal pieces, lesson plans and brand assets are owned by NASCA. Partner schools receive a non-exclusive licence to use the materials inside their own institution.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, don't republish without credit, and don't use NASCA materials to train third-party commercial AI models without written permission.

7. Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NASCA's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India for users in India and SAARC, the UAE for GCC users, and the State of Florida (USA) for users in the Americas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
