For Government

Public systems. Open to partner.

We are actively seeking collaborations with ministries of education, state STEM missions, district school boards, and public university systems — anywhere in the world — to bring AI-native STEAM into public classrooms. Below is what we propose, and how we work.

Honest disclosure

What we have done — and what we have not.

We will not pretend to a track record we have not earned. Here is the line, drawn clearly.

What we have done

  • • Built and run AI-native STEAM curriculum across private schools, colleges, and individual learners in 7 countries.
  • • Earned World STEM Federation accreditation for our pedagogy and assessment.
  • • Trained teachers, designed Olympiad-style competitions, and delivered cohort-based AI institutes.
  • • Published curriculum frameworks that map to ISTE, CSTA, NEP 2020, and other public standards.

What we have not — yet

  • • We do not currently have an active government tie-up, MoU, or state-rollout contract anywhere in the world.
  • • We have not yet responded to or won a public-sector RFP.
  • • We are not on any government empanelment list (GeM, federal schedules, etc.).
  • We are open and ready to begin a public-system collaboration — pilot, advisory, or full rollout — with the right partner.

Engagement models we propose

Four ways we are ready to partner with public systems.

Each model is designed to fit existing procurement, audit, and reporting frameworks. We bring the curriculum and pedagogy; the system retains ownership.

Recommended starting point
🤝
01 · Pilot partnership · 01 / 04

Start with one district, one cohort, one year

We propose beginning with a small, measurable pilot — 25–100 schools or one university faculty — co-designed with your secretariat. Independent evaluation built in from day one.

🧑‍🏫
02 · Training-of-trainers · 02 / 04

Build your own STEAM master cadre

We train your master trainers, who then train your teachers. The model is designed so the system becomes self-sustaining within three years — we measure ourselves on the day we are no longer needed.

📜
03 · AI policy advisory · 03 / 04

Contribute to drafting policy, not just slides

Working group with your secretariat to help draft an AI-in-education policy: curriculum standards, assessment guidelines, data-protection frameworks, vendor evaluation rubrics.

🏆
04 · State / national Olympiad · 04 / 04

Co-design a flagship competition

We can help design and operate an annual state-wide STEAM-AI Olympiad — open entry, scholarships for top performers, and an international cohort track for finalists.

Procurement-ready

Ready for your procurement and audit gates.

📑

RFP / RFQ ready

Our team can respond to RFPs, RFQs, and EOI documents. Standardised technical and financial response templates available on request.

🌐

Framework alignment

We map curriculum to your existing standards — NEP 2020, ISTE, CSTA, MoE STEAM, EdTech Plan, CBC, DfE PoS — not the other way around.

🔒

Data residency

We are prepared to host learner data in-country wherever required, and to sign DPDP, FERPA, GDPR, PDPL, or equivalent data-protection undertakings.

💰

Transparent pricing

Per-school, per-teacher, and per-student rate cards available. No bundled licensing tricks. Audit-friendly.

📊

Public reporting

We commit to quarterly outcome reports published on your portal and ours — including what did not work.

🛂

Local presence on demand

We can establish a local entity, hire local staff, and partner with a local implementation agency where procurement rules require it.

Standards we map to

We propose to map to your standards. Not the other way around.

Mapping is a proposal, not a claim of endorsement. Final alignment is co-developed with the partnering authority.

Questions we get a lot.

Have you worked with any government before?+

Not yet. We have built and run AI-STEAM programs across private schools, colleges, and individual learners in 7 countries, but we do not currently have a government MoU, contract, or empanelment. We are open and ready for our first public-system collaboration.

Can you respond to a public RFP?+

Yes. Send us your tender and we will tell you, candidly, whether we are the right partner — and where we would need a local implementation partner to meet your requirements.

What is the smallest unit you would engage?+

A single district, 25–100 schools, or one university faculty. We would rather earn conviction at pilot scale before discussing a wider rollout.

Do you work in regional / local languages?+

Yes. Our curriculum is currently delivered in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Arabic, and Bahasa, with more added on request. Teacher training is in the local language by default.

How would you measure outcomes for a ministry?+

Pre/post teacher confidence surveys, student project showcases, external WSF audit, and an annual independent third-party impact study — all published on your portal and ours.

Who would own the curriculum IP?+

Joint ownership by default for sovereign deployments. The partnering authority would retain perpetual, royalty-free rights to use, translate, and adapt within its jurisdiction.

How fast could you mobilise after an award?+

Master-trainer cohort within 30 days of LOI. School-level rollout within 90 days. We are a small, fast team — and we would build local capacity from week one.

If you represent a public system, we would like to talk.

Ministry, state mission, district board, public university — wherever in the world. One call. We will tell you, candidly, what we can and cannot do today.
